Hi everyone

My name is Nayharet Castillo and I study Visual Arts at the faculty of Arts (The Encinas) in the University of Chile. In this occasion I am going to talk about my career and the changes that I would like to make in this.

First add subjects like internship because one of the primary problems is that the students do not know where to work when they graduate. I would eliminate some thing like English two times in the week because it is too much and very late (maybe it would be voluntary).

Also add a plan of academic flexibility because the current one is very deficient and there is no real assistance for the workload of the students. The infrastructure IS TERRIBLE and deficient, even have roof of asbestos. The best is to make this from 0.

The use of technology I think that is good but I would change the access and their facility because you only can use the computers and others after many formalities.

Also add vegan food in the cafeteria (like before of pandemic TnT) and add in this place the service of dinner in the afternoon.

The teaching methods must change because they are very questionable and unfair some (some person ended up crying because their teachers broke their artistic projects or are very violent). I think that the people that work in this Faculty like teacher have the obligation to have a teaching qualification.
